Renting Facilities

1. Call the Fairgrounds Main Office, (509) 527-3247 to ensure availability of date and facility.
2. A $200 non-refundable booking fee must accompany all rental applications to hold the requested date. This fee will be deducted from the final cost.
3. Upon receipt of the rental application and $200 booking fee, the Fairgrounds will send you a Rental Agreement.
4. Within ten (10) days, return the signed Rental Agreement to the Fairgrounds: P.O. Box G | Walla Walla, WA | 99362
5. Specifics will be addressed and will be taken care of prior to event.
